Main duties:To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.

The Role:- To monitor the group email address and forward enquiries on appropriately- To process returns and refunds- To assist with the preparation of documents and reports- To monitor delivery and tracking information and keep the customer informed- To assist with processing orders in the system

The Candidate:- Previous experience in customer service - Desirable- Able to work in a fast-paced environment- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality- Excellent communication skills and a team player- IT literate

The Salary: up to £25,000 p.a.
