Your Responsibilities include:
- Serve as a main point of contact for assigned accounts,
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs, challenges and expectations providing support and solutions,
- Schedule and lead client meetings to review service performance,
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients,
- Monitor account performance and service level agreements to ensure adherence and identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Take ownership of customer concerns and address any challenges proactively,
- Identify opportunities for account expansion by upselling and cross-selling,
- Track engagement and retention metrics,
- Prepare reports on account performance and service metrics.
You will need:
- Previous experience working in a customer service role, ideally in a sales support role,
- Ideally a full UK driving licence with access to their own car,
- Excellent communication and people skills,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
