Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a Customer Service Account Handler to support a busy operations team in Gillingham.

In this varied role, you'll be the key contact for a portfolio of clients, coordinating planned works, handling documentation, and ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and to high standards. What You'll Be Doing
  • Coordinating scheduled maintenance and remedial works with engineers and clients

  • Managing follow-up actions such as emails, purchase orders, and record updates

  • Working to agreed KPIs to ensure timely and commercially efficient job completion

  • Building strong relationships with clients, including occasional site visits

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer queries

  • Handling emergency call-outs in line with contractual requirements

  • Performing general administration tasks, data entry, and document management

  • Supporting compliance processes and maintaining records in line with standards

  • Collaborating with colleagues across the service support team

What We're Looking For
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Confident relationship-builder, both face-to-face and over the phone

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment

  • Proactive, resilient, and solution-focused approach

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
