We're on the lookout for a Customer Route Planner to join a friendly, supportive, and high-energy team. You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero making sure engineers are in the right place at the right time - and that customers are kept in the loop every step of the way.

�? What You'll Be Doing:

• ?? Handling inbound and outbound calls like a pro
• ?? Building great relationships with customers and keeping them updated
• ?? Scheduling and routing jobs for engineers across the region
• ?? Keeping the CRM system up to date with job details and customer requests
• ?? Managing reports and data entry with precision and care

?? What You'll Bring:

• Some previous experience in scheduling or route planning
• Confidence dealing with customer accounts and queries
• Top-notch attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
• Excellent communication - both written and verbal
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a love for teamwork
