Description

  • Act as a dedicated point of contact for Key Accounts, clients, to enhance and build customer relationships.
  • Provide high quality account management, including visits, calls and emails.
  • Correspond with support manager and provide findings.
  • Analyse lost business and complaint management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
  • Manage and maintain customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to deliver excellent service.
  • Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to team meetings and share best practices for customer service.
  • Ensure a high level of client retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
