  • Salary: £25,000 - £29,000

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Allocate enquiries to the appropriate specialist based on the prospect's requirements, sector, and locality, using senior team members for more complex enquiries as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings for fee earners with qualified enquiries, ensuring arrangements are handled accurately and considerately.
  • Maintain timely communication with clients and prospects throughout the introductory process to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
  • Provide regular feedback to colleagues on insights from inbound enquiries, including trends, discussion topics, challenges, and concerns.
  • Support successful Business Development (BD) campaigns by efficiently and accurately enriching data using research and software platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external networks to enhance client and prospect experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Customer service or sales experience is essential.
  • Experience in understanding client/customer requirements and formulating solutions.
  • Ability to build fantastic relationships with prospects and colleagues.
  • Passionate about client care and an excellent communicator.
  • Approachable and personable, able to adapt approach to the needs of our clients.
  • Considerate and accurate in client communications and reporting.
