Our client is a leading global supplier of Ingredients for the Food and Beverage industry. This role supports their customer approval process by completing questionnaires and responding to queries related to their manufacturing site and formulations. Must have a great understanding of Quality requirements and standards in the Food industry (ISO, HACCP, BRC, etc). You will have experience within a Quality, Technical or R&D role in the Food industry. Must also have a strong understanding of Food Ingredients and their functionalities. The main day to day responsibilities:

• Log and file all customer questionnaires from reception to completion, including customer portal requests.
• Maintain clear communication with the customer, the sales manager and other business partners during the completion process of questionnaires within the agreed lead time and coordinate with other departments to obtain information needed for customers.
• Respond to customer short queries related to Regulatory, Food Safety, Quality and CSR/ESG matters.
• Support continuous improvement program initiatives.

The successful candidate will be from the Food industry and have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Basic knowledge of Chemistry would be useful along with numerical confidence. Excellent opportunity with good benefits and hybrid working.
