About the Role
Are you tech-savvy, highly organised, and customer-focused? We're looking for a proactive Customer Support & Systems Specialist to join our growing team!
In this hybrid role, you’ll be the go-to person for customer support and system-related queries. You’ll manage helpdesk tickets, support our e-commerce platform (WooCommerce/WordPress), and help maintain and improve systems like HubSpot, Xero, and Asana.
You’ll also play a key role in our tasting scheme platform—supporting users through the process and working closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide first-line support via HubSpot Helpdesk (tickets, email, chat)
Troubleshoot access and portal issues for customers
Maintain and update our WooCommerce/WordPress website
Support the sales team with reports, data entry, and system access
Assist with tasting validation schemes and customer guidance
Improve automation workflows and CRM data accuracy in HubSpot
Help integrate systems (WooCommerce ? HubSpot ? Xero)
Collaborate on tech stack improvements and internal workflows
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
Strong background in customer or technical support
Experience with HubSpot CRM and WooCommerce/WordPress
High IT literacy and confident troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and documentation skills
Nice-to-Haves:
HTML/CSS basics
Experience with Zapier, Make, or APIs
Multi-currency/global e-commerce knowledge
Familiarity with ISO 9001
A second language is a bonus
