They need an individual to join their Customer Experience team to cover EMEA Operations working side by side with an experienced US Counterpart based in their US HQ of Charlotte, NC. This is a newly created hire because of excess demand and will ensure that all customer requests are fulfilled in a timely manner from both clients and customers alike. This person will be tasked to monitor all channels, split by time zone, following up with requests on messenger and also via phone.
