Customer Experience Executive

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Hours: Full time

Venn Group are currently working with an organisation based in Stockport to recruit a Customer Experience Executive to start at short notice on a permanent basis.

Main duties of the job:

• Managing all communication lines - WhatsApp, emails and calls and online presence
• Completing HR related enquiries - confirming employment status to HMRC and completing references
• Working individually and collectively towards the organisations core objectives, team goals, SLA’s and KPI’s
• Displaying strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Displaying a good understanding of basic IT processes and using desk top application
