What You’ll Do:Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing platforms
Resolve conflicts and troubleshoot customer issues with empathy, patience, and professionalism
Utilise CRM systems to manage interactions and maintain accurate records
Provide product knowledge to educate and support customers and clients
Collaborate across teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Deliver high-quality service within time-sensitive environments
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in CRM and ticketing systems
Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Solid understanding of customer service best practices and product knowledge
Previous experience in a customer-facing role (preferred)
