Location : Rochdale

Salary : £23,000 - £25,500

We are currently working with a client based in Rochdale who provide household cleaning solutions. They have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Administrator to join their team.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm with some flexibility.

Key Duties:

Reporting to the Marketing Director you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Communicating with customers via email, phone and letter - resolving any complaints/queries
  • Helping customers with product information, explaining usage, features and instructions
  • Updating details of tracking information for deliveries
  • Sending out replacement products or providing refunds
  • Completing all other administrative duties

Profile:

  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Need to have experience within a customer service role
  • Strong IT skills
  • Beneficial to have experience with CRM systems
