?We're seeking a skilled and dynamic Customer Assurance Manager to lead and manage all customer assurance and compliance activities across commercial and non-commercial workstreams. You'll ensure compliance with certifications, risk management, and audits to protect and grow our commercial income while maintaining our competitive edge.?

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customer assurance activities, including certifications (ISO 9001, 27001, 22301, 14001, PCI-DSS, Cyber Essentials Plus).?

• Drive continuous improvement in policies, procedures, and compliance certifications.?

• Manage risk registers, identifying and mitigating risks.?

• Develop and review policies to meet customer assurance and operational needs.?

• Respond to client questionnaires and build strong relationships to address compliance needs.?

• Manage training and security checks to meet compliance requirements.?

• Own disaster recovery planning for commercial contracts.?

• Oversee Assurance team budget and drive continuous operational improvements.?

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience managing certifications and compliance in a complex environment.?

• Strong influencing skills at all levels.?

• Experience with risk management and continuous improvement.?

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.?

• Ability to build relationships and manage competing priorities?
