Reed Talent Solutions are working with United Utilities on the search for 10 x Customer Service Advisor's to join a growing Income team in their Warrington Contact Centre.
Location: Lingley Mere Business Park, Great Sankey, WarringtonContract: Ongoing temporary contractHourly Pay Rate: £14.21 per hour Working Hours: 4 week rolling rota
Week 1: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.
Week 2: Mon - Fri 9-5
Week 3 Mon-Thu 12-8pm, then Fri 10-6
Week 4: Mon-Fri 10-6 + Sat 10-4 (rest day flexible during the week)
Start Date: 04/08/25
Training: Full training provided (fully paid)

Role Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process for void properties, ensuring timely updates and readiness for occupancy.
- Support the registration and documentation of properties within internal systems.
- Oversee the administrative and operational aspects of property conversions (e.g., single dwellings into flats).
- Liaise with planning, legal, and technical teams to ensure accurate property data and billing alignment.
- Maintain and update case files, ensuring all actions are logged and followed through to resolution.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding property-related cases.
- Investigate and process billing adjustments due to leaks or burst pipes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate claims and ensure fair customer outcomes.
- Respond to technical queries related to property infrastructure, billing anomalies, and system processes.
- Provide guidance and escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

- Understanding and adhering to regulatory rules for handling written and telephone contacts.
