A service organisation based in Emersons Green is currently recruiting a Customer Administrator to join their team.

Duties will include:

  • Schedule appointments, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Prepare, administer and service contracts
  • Handle incoming inquiries from customers and deal with queries and provide updates
  • Maintain accurate record of contracts
  • Monitor contract performance, ensuring all obligations are met
  • Prepare and process invoices
  • Log jobs accurately on CRM

The successful candidate will have worked in an office environment previously and be comfortable communicating with people both over the phone and face to face.

Salary : 26000 - 27000
