Customer Service Coordinator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Informing and educating customers about the benefits of purchasing from our portfolio of products and answering any follow-up questions they have. Develop relationships with NEW & existing customers by providing support, information and guidance. Being initial contact for all customer enquiries • General admin duties for the Sales & Marketing Team’s including order entry processing, issuing list price quotations and maintaining / updating customer records in line with company compliance. • Contribute / participate in team meetings where identification of new enquiries at an early stage are reviewed, to ensure sales engagement • Respond to incoming communication (telephone / email) in a timely manner and maintain and update CRM allocated tasks • Co-ordinate with Quality / Finance / Engineering teams to resolve issues e.g. accounts set up, account on stop, RGA customer related issues.

The incumbent of this role must demonstrate: • Capable of working independently to individual activity / sales targets • Result orientated and proactive • Professional and credible relationship builder • Good commercial acumen with previous business-to-business sales exposure • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Well organised with good quantitative skills and demonstrate a strong attention to detail • Computer literate (especially in CRM platforms, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, MS Zoom, Customer Database)
