Gi Group is currently seeking a Curriculum Administrator to work with our client, an education and training provider based within South Yorkshire. As a Curriculum Administrator, you will work within a team that supports both learners and staff throughout the academic year. This role is key in assisting the Administration team achieve its goals. Typical duties:* Word Processing of documents, filing, data input and minute taking* Working with teaching staff to chase and monitor student attendance to ensure retention rates are achieved.* Supporting the Senior Administrator in ensuring that timetables are input timely and accurately. * Working with teaching staff and managers to cleanse data and provide reports as and when necessary.* Supporting the student behaviour and disciplinary policy by ensuring that the administrative process associated with the policy is maintained.* Working with the Job Centre, Partners & Employers to support the administrativefunctions associated with Employability provision.* Providing administrative support associated with Community & ESOL provision including the attendance at external meetings and monitoring and maintaining financial records.About you:* You will be able to manage conflicting demands, working within time pressures to complete day-to-day operational tasks and achieving these in line with tight deadlines.* You will be able to work flexibly and will be responsive to ad-hoc requests.* You will be responsible for consulting with members of academic staff daily and at times use professional influence to ensure that admin processes are being followed.Benefits & hours:* 37 hours per week, all year round* Permanent * £23,971 per annum* 41 days annual leave per year (26) including closure during Christmas period.* Access to our gyms, restaurants, and salons * Staff health & well-being and benefits schemes including in-house Occupational Health service.* Full, part time and flexible working hours available * Parking available at all sitesApply now with an up-to-date CV, alternatively, contact Imy on
