CSE Team Leader - Children's Home

Salary £29,359 plus sleep-ins (potential to earn up to £34,158 per annum)

NonStop Social Care is looking for an experienced Support worker or Team Leader that has working knowledge with challenging children and young people working a children's residential home.

We are looking for a Team Leader for a permanent contract for one of our well-reputed clients located in Ealing. This company has been privately own, operating as a charity and with an aim to improve lives of vulnerable children and young people in London. They have several services such as foster care, semi-independent homes, residential homes providing high-quality social care services since 30 years ago.

The Team Leader will work in a Child Sexual Exploitation home that has been rated Oustanding Ofsted twice in a row.

Responsibilities

The children's home Team Leader will play a pivotal role in the team of residential support workers, taking leadership responsibilities in a teamwork setting. You will be responsible to build genuine and trusting relationships with young people maintaining at all times high personal and professional standards.

Part of the role it will be require to have a good understanding of the regulatory framework relating to the provision of residential services for children and young people.

You will be required to work in shifts:

Shifts: 08:00 - 16:00 & 15:00- 23:00 with an average of 2 sleep-in shifts per week until 7am, including weekends and bank holidays

2 weekends off per month

Requirements
