CSA/Runner-Broderick House - Adecco : Job Details

As a vital member of our accommodation team, you will provide essential support during the busy summer period. Your efforts will help prepare rooms and facilities to a high standard for incoming summer guests and students. This hands-on role involves logistical support, maintenance assistance, and ensuring a quick turnaround of rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with move-in and move-out preparations, making the transition seamless for everyone.
• Deliver supplies like cleaning products and bedding packs across the building.
• Support housekeeping teams by managing waste and transporting laundry or stock.
• Help with room setups, including arranging furniture and making beds.
• Report maintenance issues to ensure all areas are safe and clean.
• Be a welcoming face for new residents and their families on move-in day!
• Collaborate with the front of house team for a smooth check-in experience.
• Complete administrative tasks such as logging maintenance requests and preparing notices.
• Work as part of a team, supporting and respecting fellow team members for exceptional resident living.

About You:Knowledge & Qualifications:

• Good level of general education.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving items.

• Excellent customer service skills with significant experience in a customer-facing role.
• Physical stamina for a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management skills to keep up with demands.
• Keen attention to detail to maintain high standards.
