CRO Manager (Contract) Digital AgencyLondon (Hybrid) £300-£325 per day (Outside IR35)

A dynamic digital agency specialising in driving measurable growth through innovative conversion rate optimisation strategies. Seeking an experienced CRO Manager to join the team on a contract basis and help deliver exceptional results for a diverse portfolio of clients.

The CRO Manager will be responsible for developing and executing conversion optimisation strategies using industry-leading tools and methodologies. Your expertise will directly impact our clients' digital performance, ensuring optimal user experiences and increased conversion rates.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and analyse A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize user journeys
• Leverage CRO tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, GA4, and Adobe Analytics to gather insights and inform strategies
• Troubleshoot and support front-end implementation using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Collaborate with content management teams, particularly with headless CMS platforms like Contentful and Optimizely CMS
• Analyse user behaviour using session replay and analytics tools such as HotJar, Decibel, and FullStory
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for clients and internal teams
• Communicate findings effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
