CRO ANALYST

£50,000-£55,000 + BENEFITS

Having a passion for Digital Analytics and CRO is what could make you a great addition to this team! This well-known retail brand is searching for an enthusiastic person who can manage CRO strategy for the whole site.

THE COMPANY:

Working with a growing brand in the retail space will enable you to manage the CRO strategy and really take ownership.

THE ROLE:

As a CRO Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Leading on GA4 to adopt new metrics to measure performance
• Working cross-departmentally e.g. with the merchandising and analytics teams
• Driving implementation initiatives to increase conversion rate and drive down bounce rates.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

A successful CRO Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Prior experience in CRO.
• Prior experience in GA4.
• Analytics experience - e.g. finding insights from AB tests and making recommendations
• Exposure to SQL.

THE BENEFITS:

You will receive a salary, dependent on experience. The salary is up to £55,000 On top of the salary there are some fantastic extra benefits.
