Are you ready to take charge of a full-scale CRM implementation? If you're an experienced Technical Project Manager with a passion for digital transformation, this is your chance to drive meaningful change in a forward-thinking organisation. This role is a 2 year FTC.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled project manager to oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to implementation, testing, and successful transition to business-as-usual operations. Working cross-functionally, you will ensure the new CRM system aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable benefits to stakeholders and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of the CRM
• Ensure projects remain aligned to strategic priorities and deliver on their expected outcomes.
• Oversee project scope, planning, budgeting, risk, issue, and resource management.
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) to drive effective delivery.
• Work closely with teams to ensure effective change management and user adoption.
• Provide project governance, reporting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes where required.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong knowledge and experience in CRM system implementation and digital transformation.
• Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and budgets.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, including senior leadership and technical teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Experience in driving CRM adoption and training across organisations.

This is a fixed-term role, ideal for someone looking to lead a high-impact project within a supportive and dynamic environment.
