Duration: Long-term temporary contract.

Hours: 09:00am - 17:15pm

Days: Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: £27.63 per hour

We are delighted to be supporting our client with recruiting for a CRM Marketing Manager on a long-term temporary basis!

Purpose of the role:

The CRM Marketing Manager is an important role in the Marketing and CRM team within the department. The post holder will play a critical part in the development and implementation of customer journey communication plans through the Microsoft Dynamics platform to ensure a seamless and enhanced customer experience and engagement. This role requires a strong combination of marketing ability and customer relationship management skills, together with the ability to interpret insight and data and provide effective recommendations for improvements.

As CRM Marketing Manager you will need to work confidently across multiple areas of our large CRM resources, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure you and your team provides best practice and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out segmentation of the database and implementation of marketing strategies.
• Maintain and improve existing and new customer journeys through regular reviews.
• Ensure all CRM activities and email campaigns comply with current email best practice in the industry.
• Analyse customer data to identify trends and insights, and conduct regular data audits to ensure data quality.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, brand, digital and operational teams to align strategies and deliver a unified customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with the advertising team to create targeted campaigns across social media, organic, paid search, affiliates, and CRM channels.
• Develop and maintain a CRM knowledge hub to share training materials, how-to-guides, and campaign resources across the university.
