As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective customer relationship management strategies to enhance client engagement, drive customer loyalty, and maximise revenue opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute CRM strategies to increase customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customer segments, personas, and journeys.
• Utilise CRM tools and platforms to analyse customer data, track KPIs, and measure campaign performance.
