CRM Specialist

We are seeking a CRM Specialist to join our clients dynamic team. This role is crucial for executing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, boost retention, and drive sales growth. The CRM Specialist will work closely with merchandising, marketing, and e-commerce teams to optimize and implement the CRM channel effectively.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Planning and Forecasting:
- Plan yearly database acquisition and traffic/revenues.
- Conduct monthly forecasting based on results, commercial calendar, and implementations.
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Provide weekly reporting on main KPIs and daily monitoring.
- Support data collection to analyse database and channel performance.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize content and customer journey effectiveness.
- Campaign Management:
- Manage the CRM calendar.
- Collect main information to create campaigns, including merchandising data and site performance.
- Define and create better customer journeys.
- Implement and optimize customer engagement and retention strategies.
- Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications).
- Manage NL layout and content in collaboration with graphic designers and copywriters.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical proficiency with CRM platforms, managing customer data and workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse large datasets and extract actionable insights.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer data.
- Problem-solving abilities to identify and address issues within CRM processes.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
