You will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing effective treatment plans, and managing risk effectively for individuals experiencing mental health crises. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, showcasing excellent communication skills to deliver seamless care and ensuring the safety and well-being of patients. You will be a vital member of the team, handling challenging situations with professionalism and compassion.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health needs assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Manage risk effectively within crisis situations.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication.
• Provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

• Active NMC pin
• Minimum 12 months experience in community mental health setting
• Proven experience managing patients in crisis situations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
• Understanding of relevant mental health legislation and guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• DBS on the update service
• Up-to-date immunizations (BCG, MMR, Hep B)

This Band 6 Crisis Practitioner position offers hourly rates of £25.75, £32.97, and £40.59 with a 24hours shift pattern
