Crime Solicitor - IPS Group : Job Details

Role Overview:A top tier, award-winning firm (highly ranked in criminal and human rights law) is seeking Crime Solicitors to join its expanding team in Manchester, or London and Oxford. In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll handle a wide range of criminal defence cases, such as serious crime, fraud and politically sensitive matters within a supportive and collegiate culture.Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:

• Trainees/SQE candidates nearing qualification, newly qualified or duty qualified solicitors
• Previous criminal defence experience or genuine interest in this area
• Strong academic record
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Commitment to access to justice for all
• Higher Rights of Audience advantageous (but not essential)
