• Reconcile and manage client accounts, ensuring payments are processed accurately and on time.
• Build and maintain excellent client and third-party relationships to resolve account queries effectively.
• Monitor outstanding balances and support the collection of overdue debt.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Essential: Previous experience in credit control.
• Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with financial or CRM systems is an advantage.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent time management skills.
