Credit Controller - FRS Ltd : Job Details

FRS are recruiting a Credit Controller for a fantastic and very unique business based in Leamington Spa. Working at the companies recently moved into Leamington Head Office, you will be working as part of a team of 5 in finance & reporting into the Finance Manager.

Suitable candidates will have 2-3 years experience under their belt working within an SME previously & happy to pick up other duties during times of colleagues being away on holiday, ill etc. The finance team use Sage & experience of this would be fantastic but not essential as this system can be taught on the job!

Duties Will Include

• Ensuring customers accounts aren't overdue & payment is made on time - if not, then resolving any outstanding queries / problems
• Updating & maintaining the Sales Ledger including reconciling statements & all payments are accounted for
• Producing / sending out statements to customers
• Setting up new customers on the system, ensuring credit checks are done
• Building rapport with clients to ensure good working relations
• Reviewing weekly & monthly aged debtor reports
