Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Contract: 6-month temporary contract with the potential to become permanent Your new roleAs a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in our finance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our credit control processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and collecting debts from company debtors
• Setting up the terms of credit for new clients
• Negotiating payment plans
• Managing the collection of all payments and debts
• Responding to client enquiries
• Processing invoices
• Ensuring timely payments of debts
• Following up on overdue invoices and payments
• Producing monthly credit control reports

What you'll need to succeedTo excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Proficiency in Oracle and Opera systems
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in credit control within the hospitality industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
