The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires a proactive approach to credit management and excellent communication skills.

• Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email
• Monitoring customer credit limits and payment terms
• Resolving invoice queries and disputes efficiently
• Producing aged debt reports and supporting month-end processes
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth account management
• Maintaining accurate records of all communications and transactions

• Proven experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role
