• Monitoring customer accounts and ensuring timely payments
• Professionally following up on outstanding debts via phone and email
• Resolving payment issues and handling queries with care
• Keeping accurate records of communications and account statuses
• Supporting the finance team with month-end tasks
• Building strong relationships with clients to encourage positive payment habits

• Experience in credit control or a similar finance role
• A solid grasp of credit management and financial processes
• Confidence using accounting software and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
