Credit Controller - 6 Month Contract (with possible extension)Redditch |  £28,000 - £32,000 |  5 days a week on-siteKC Group are supporting a well-established client based near Redditch who are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team on a 6-month contract, with the potential to extend.The role:

• Managing the end-to-end credit control process
• Chasing outstanding debts via phone, email, and letter
• Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts
• Building strong relationships with customers to resolve queries
• Working closely with the wider finance team to improve cashflow

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in a Credit Control / Finance role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail with good Excel skills
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, on-site finance environment
• A team player with a proactive and resilient approach
