Your new companyHays are working with a well-established business who are looking for a credit controller to join their team in Shrewsbury on a permanent basis Your new roleYou will be taking responsibility for your own part of the ledger and your duties will include:

• Proactively chasing outstanding debts via phone letter and email
• Resolving queries and issues
• Posting and allocating cash
• Credit Checks
• Liaising with internal sales team

What you'll need to succeedYou should have experience in Credit control or accounts management and be a confident communicator who is able to build rapport over the phone. You should have good IT skills, accuracy and attention to detail and be able to work well within a teamWhat you'll get in returnThis is a permanent role, which is easily accessible in Shrewsbury with on site parking.
