Credit Controller - PRATAP PARTNERSHIP LTD : Job Details

Experienced, pro-active and enthusiastic Credit Controller (a European language would be an advantage French,Italian, German, Dutch etc) required for a global business based in Sheffield, providing a service to enable businesses of all sizes to operate more efficiently and allowing them to drive growth. This is a newly created role due to growth/business demands! This would suit candidates with experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Working in a small team and reporting to the Collections Manager, duties will include:

• Credit control using written and verbal communication, reducing debtor days and increasing cash flow.
• Dealing with all queries.
• Liaising with internal staff and customers to resolve issues.
• Producing weekly debtor reports.
• Developing and maintaining internal and external relationships.
• Assisting with ongoing process improvement.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

The person:

• Previous Credit Control experience is essential.
• You will be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
• Good IT skills are required.
• Good written and verbalcommunication skills are essential.
