What you'll be doing

- Ensure the database is kept up to date with notes of all customer communication in relation to debt chasing
- Ensure that all customer communications are responded to appropriately and in line with internal KPIs
- Review accounts during each step of the credit control process to ensure all queries are closed prior to instructing solicitors
- Work as part of a team on all general administration of the credit control shared inbox
What you need to succeed
- You’ll be a detail-oriented professional assisting with all aspects of credit control for service charges, rent and/or utilities recharges in accordance with debt collection procedure for all England & Wales managed properties
- You’ll bring with you professionalism and a positive attitude as you work collaboratively with internal departments to assist with customer queries and deliver first class customer service
