Description
- Comprehensive credit control management: issuing invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and providing accurate cash flow forecasts.
- Oversee and manage the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth credit transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable and outstanding balances.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and guidelines within the accounting & finance department.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve any invoicing or payment issues.
- Provide support during audits and assist with financial reporting as needed.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement in credit management.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- Experience in credit control, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
