Credit Controller - Simpson Judge Ltd : Job Details

Existing client of mine who internally have decided to recruit a credit controller into their team are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their growing team.You will support the Credit Manager/Team Leader & the key to this role will be that you will build in-depth knowledge and relationships with both internal and external customers. You will find the clients you work with can be pretty diverse from large PLC brands to smaller local SME type business Salary: up to £27,000 plus bonus Main Duties:Chase payment for aged debts from a portfolio of customers using a variety of communication methodsAllocate and reconcile cash to multi-currency debtor accountsEnsure customer disputes are promptly entered on workflow system and communicated to regional contactLiaise with internal contacts to resolve customer disputes/account issuesEffectively manage workflow strategies to review and monitor aged debt to ensure maximum cash collectionWeekly and monthly reporting packs within specified deadlinesWorking as part of a team to achieve group targets and objectivesSupport the management of strategic risk within the department.Person Specification:Excellent communicator who can liaise at all levelsTeam player who is able to quickly establish relationshipsAn ability to meet deadlines and deliver work in a fast paced finance environmentOpen minded to flexible ways of working and able to adapt to new processes and procedures.Good excel skills requiredSAP experience preferredPlease apply
