Credit Controller - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Your new companyYou will be working for a rapidly growing professional services business in Southampton looking to grow organically over the next couple of years.Your new roleYou will be working within the growing AR department in which your main task will be to provide credit control and administrative support to the companies' finance function with tasks including:

• Processing automated reminders for unpaid client invoices daily
• Monitor office bank accounts for receipts, reconcile details and input transactions
• Liaise with service providers, banks and other clients as required
• Deal with internal and client enquiries (e.g. account balances, breakdown of charges, copy invoices etc.)
• Liaise with employees regarding unpaid invoices
• Assist with invoicing, various billing portals, transactions and related queries
• Database administration to ensure accurate data is maintained and updated as required
• Assist with the day to day administrative support as and when required

What you'll need to succeed

• Prior experience within an Accounts Receivable role
• Experienced in dealing with a high volume of customers monthly
• Prior experience in a professional services environment is preferred.
