Credit Controller - Xpert Resourcing Ltd : Job Details

Are you passionate about managing cash flow and fostering strong customer relationships? We have the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your skills as a Credit Controller! We are currently seeking a talented credit controller to join our Ely based client.

Duties will include:

• Minimising overdue payments
• Preparing and sending invoices to customers
• Data analysis
• Contacting customers to follow up on outstanding invoices
• Relationship building
• Liaise with sales team and other departments
• Ensure compliance at all times
• Prepare reports for management

Experience/skills required:

• Previous credit control experience
• Strong communication skills
• Numerical and problem solving skills
• Excellent customer service
• Confident and professional telephone manner

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday - 08.30 - 17.00 - 1 hour for lunch unpaid
