Credit Controller FTC – Reading – £27,000 – £29,000 per annum

About the ClientThis well-established organisation needs an experienced credit controller for 12 Months; you will be supporting essential functions across a variety of industries.

About the JobA temporary opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to support the Credit Manager, you’ll play a key role in the accurate allocation of payments, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring effective debt collection.

Duties will include:

• Processing and allocating daily multi-currency receipts into the finance system
• Chasing overdue payments through phone, email, and written correspondence
• Communicating with clients to resolve invoice and contract queries
• Supporting improvements to financial processes and procedures

About the Successful ApplicantYou will have at least two years’ experience in a credit control position, with strong Excel skills and a solid understanding of direct debit processes. A keen eye for detail, confident communication style, and an organised, proactive mindset are essential to succeed in this role.
