Are you a confident credit controller who loves owning your ledger and building strong customer relationships?

We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller with at least 2- 3 yrs of UK experience withing financial services.

What you’ll do:

• • Manage your own ledger, ensuring timely payments and customer engagement
  • Chase outstanding debt via phone, email & other channels
  • Handle queries, resolve issues, and flag financial risks
  • Follow disconnection procedures when needed
  • Support reporting & suggest process improvements

What you’ll bring:

• • Credit control experience (full ledger management ideal)
  • Great communication & negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Excel, Outlook & system-savvy
  • Fluent Mandarin speaker needed.

You will be expected in the office 3 days per week.
