A high-growth, dynamic business in Leeds is looking for an experienced Credit Control Manager to lead and develop a large, fast-paced credit control function of 20+ people, during a period of exciting transformation and systems change.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a credit control team of 20+ across multiple business units
- Oversee all credit and collections activity ensuring cash collection targets are achieved
- Drive process improvements across credit control operations, billing, and collections
- Business partner with finance and commercial stakeholders to improve debtor performance
- Manage aged debt reporting, credit risk assessments, and escalation procedures
- Play a key role in upcoming systems change and transformation projects
- Support the implementation of new credit control systems or ERP enhancements
- Design and implement KPIs, dashboards, and team performance metrics
- Ensure full compliance with credit policies, internal controls, and audit standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing a large credit control team (10+ minimum)
- Demonstrable leadership in fast-paced and change-driven environments
- Background in process transformation and/or systems implementations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- ERP systems experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) advantageous
- CICM qualification or equivalent experience preferred
