In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maximising cash collected from clients and minimising bad debt, all while adhering to agreed-upon timescales. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records and maintaining client relationships. 37.5 hours per week: * Mon - Fri * 09:00 - 17:30 Main duties include:* Overseeing ledger, ensuring prompt payments* Coordinating emails with Team Manager, collaborating with colleagues* Managing correspondence, supporting tasks* Reconciling multi-site clients, maintaining debt below 3%* Ensuring timely payments, fostering relationships* Resolving queries, boosting cash flow* Meeting cash targets, standardising multi-site accountsThe ideal candidate: * Strong communication skills* Accuracy and efficiency* Capability to work effectively under pressure* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously* Proficiency in Microsoft packages - Word and Excel* Basic understanding of accounting principles* Familiarity with Sales & Purchase Ledger processesThis position will suit a candidate who is prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, who works well under pressure and is keen to progress within a successful organisation.
