We work with global sportswear brands such as adidas, Nike, PUMA, and New Balance, as well as the world’s biggest football clubs including Real Madrid, Manchester City and Chelsea, amongst many other exciting high-profile clients, collaborators, filmmakers, and photographers.

We are seeking a Creative Services & Production Manager to lead the optimisation of SoccerBible’s B2B campaigns. The Creative Services & Production Manager will be the nerve centre of SoccerBible & BIBLEHAUS. You will own the production of SoccerBible’s major partnerships with global brands and football clubs. You’ll play an instrumental role in creating compelling campaigns, activations, sponsorships, and other innovative solutions.

The successful candidate will have commercial acumen, organisational and communication skills, and an ability to develop innovative solutions that help us to keep improving our operational performance. The role is pivotal in building strong, lasting client relationships, while impacting on our bottom line and adding value at a senior level.

Your core responsibilities as the Creative Services & Production Manager:

  • Own the lifecycle and execution of large-scale projects and partnership programmes - establishing efficient workflows, agency engagement, timeline/budget management, cross-functional coordination, clearances/approvals, etc.

  • Manage all tasks and resourcing on key projects so they move smoothly and efficiently across regions and all tasks are properly assigned.
  • Recommend, implement, and improve workflow solutions that bridge the gap between creative, production, sales, and account management teams.
  • Scoping new work against client briefs and scheduling resources for effective delivery.
  • Lead day-to-day client communication across all work streams and act as liaison between client and internal teams, protecting team bandwidth while delivering exceptional client services.
  • Collaborate with external agency/production partners as well as internal cross-functional teams.
  • Briefing, managing, and supporting external creative freelancers to ensure projects are efficiently resourced and delivered on time, budget and to high standards.
  • Ensure presentation support materials are consistent with clients’ expectations and internal standard of our quality.
  • Anticipate and address potential internal or client relationship issues, managing up to leaders across the business and organization.
  • Remain in touch with all matters and news as it pertains to clients and their respective industries.
  • Participate in new business development efforts.
  • Manage and lead all junior production hires.

Your skills as the Creative Services & Production Manager:

  • Ability to offer clear and compelling points of view as to how/why SoccerBible is well positioned to offer clients unique value.

  • Creative agency background essential, with an understanding of advertising, marketing, media, creative, production, public relations, research & agency finance.
  • Deep experience and understanding of bespoke campaign development - working on fast paced projects that involve multiple stakeholders, content production, and media activations.
  • Experience with identifying, negotiating, and managing external creative agency partners.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Experience in managing multiple streams of work.
  • Adept at handling budgets and ensuring all productions are kept within margin.
  • The candidate is at the cutting edge of football’s cultural zeitgeist, understanding football’s relationship with creative and contemporary culture.
