Creative Project Manager - ADLIB : Job Details

This agency are a renowned team of designers, project managers, and artists dedicated to brand activation and experiential projects. They craft captivating narratives for esteemed clients in the luxury & contemporary Fashion & Beauty sectors (for example, Dior, Selfridges, Hermes and Chanel). They specialise in designing and crafting captivating retail environments, stunning event spaces, interactive experiences, and promotional pop-ups. Their South London Studio serves as the centralised hub for the creative studio, project team, graphics, and fabrication factory, offering a seamless integration that ensures quality and efficiency in delivering exceptional outcomes to their clients. Their hands-on approach encompasses every facet of a project, from conceptual and creative design to production and installation, with a keen focus on maintaining close client relationships throughout the process…which is where the Project Manager role comes in!What You'll Be Doing:As a Project Manager, you'll be joining an  existing Project Management function, overseeing client relationships and end to end project management. Day to Day you will be ensuring that each project aligns with client briefs, brand values, and creative direction while adhering to budgets and timelines. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining project documentation, coordinating meetings within the agency, handling project finances and financial tracking, overseeing project installation and mitigating project risks. You will also be working closely with the account management teams and internal production teams to oversee the seamless execution of the project, ensuring the project fits client brief and often being that point of client liaison from the agency.What Experience You'll Need:

• Previous experience in a similar role as either a Junior Project Manager, Mid Weight Project Manager, Producer, Visual Merchandiser, Retail Fit Out Manager, Window Installation Manager or similar. Either agency or client side experience works for this role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail for effective project management.
• Ability to review and understand technical/CAD drawings
• The capability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands on experience in the retail industry would be advantageous as well as strong build and production knowledge, particularly in retail pop-ups, window displays, and print
• Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing project requirements.
• Comfort working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Willingness to work full-time at our South East London studio, Monday to Friday, with occasional out-of-hours and weekend work for project installations and derigs.
