Job Title: Creative Production Account Manager (FTC)Location: HarrogateSalary: £34,000 per annumHours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with an early finish on a Friday!Hybrid: 1 to 2 days per week from home Are you an experienced account manager with a background within creative products, looking to join a dynamic business on a fixed term contract (16-18 months)? We're currently recruiting for a Creative Production Account Manager to support and grow customer relationships within a high performing, collaborative team based in Harrogate. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in maintaining and developing key customer accounts, overseeing stock and order management and ensuring exceptional service delivery across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities as Creative Production Account Manager include:
- Build and maintain strong long term relationships with both customers and suppliers
- Be the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Manage customer accounts, producing monthly summaries and sales/stock reports
- Handle product submissions and manage customer products throughout their lifecycle
- Review customer sales performance and identify opportunities to maximise design exposure and profitability
- Process and upload customer orders
- Manage stock levels and returns via internal systems
- Keep stock information up to date and accurate across platforms
- Ensure adequate stock availability at all times through regular monitoring
- Maintain and update internal databases
- Support pricing accuracy and update key forecasting/spreadsheet documents
Experience & Skills Required:
- Previous experience within creative production / creative product sectors is essential
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Confidence using Excel, Outlook, Word and database systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- A team player who thrives in a fast paced, customer focused environment
You'll receive a salary of £34,000 per annum on a 16-18 month fixed term contract with the option for hybrid working.
