Pally Talk is a growing global network for assistants, offering a fresh and empowering way to connect, learn, and grow. With 4,500+ assistants already part of the platform, we’re ready to take our online presence to the next level and we’re looking for someone visionary to help lead that.

The Role

This is our first full-time employee, and a unique opportunity for someone who wants to shape the growth of a brand from the inside out. You’ll be the driving force behind how Pally Talk shows up online and in the wider world. We want someone full of energy, ideas, and initiative, someone who can think differently, make things happen, and build momentum.

We’re looking for a true storyteller who can create the brief, develop unforgettable campaign concepts, and lead compelling pitches that bring our mission to life. You’ll help shape our brand positioning, build assets that reflect our voice and values, and lead the design response to new briefs. From digital launches to creative brand activations, you’ll be at the heart of it all.

You’ll Lead On:

• Creative strategy for brand, campaigns, and content
• Meta ads: planning, testing and optimising paid social
• Social media: trend forecasting, content ideation, and audience growth
• PR & Outreach: pitching Pally Talk to podcasts, publications & influencers
• Podcast production: helping build our presence in audio content
• YouTube growth: planning & launching our video strategy
• Event & campaign concepts: turning briefs into bold ideas
• Pitch development: leading creative ideas and storytelling for proposals
• Design leadership: overseeing the creation of assets and visual concepts
• "Go viral" moments: bringing daring ideas to life

What We’re Looking For:

• You’re a strategic creative — part content wizard, part digital growth hacker
• You’ve got proven experience growing brands online
• You’re comfortable with paid ads (especially Meta)
• You’re a compelling storyteller, sharp strategist and visual thinker
• You’re a self-starter, up for the challenge of building something big from something small
• You’re based in the UK (ideally close enough to meet in Peterborough 1-2 days/week)
• You’re excited about the start-up life and want to grow with us
