The Role:

We're looking for a Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on design, bringing our brands to life across packaging, digital, print, and retail environments. You’ll work closely with marketing, product development, and external partners to ensure consistency, creativity, and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities of a Creative Designer:

• Design and develop packaging concepts for new and existing products
• Create visual assets for digital and print campaigns (social media, POS, trade materials, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver compelling brand stories
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Stay on top of trends in design, retail, and consumer behaviour
• Work with external agencies and suppliers when necessary

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5+ years’ experience working as a Creative Designer, preferably in FMCG or consumer brands
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking and execution across print and digital
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with packaging design and artwork preparation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• A collaborative mindset and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
