Our client is a multi-award winning international, Lloyds insurance & reinsurance broker. They work with clients across the globe to create and place innovative, bespoke risk solutions.
Due to business expansion, they have a new role for a Binder / Coverholder Account Handler. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with around 2 years experience in the Lloyds market who understands the dynamics of coverholder / binding authority channels.
The entry level for the role is flexible and can be moulded to suit the type and level of candidate expertise. As a full program of training, development and support will be provided our client is happy to consider candidates from backgrounds including broker support technician, client account handler, broker, MGA or Underwriting Assistant.
The prerequisite is understanding the servicing and placement of Coverholder / Binder business into the Syndicate & Company markets. Together with a desire to learn, acquire new skills and advance your career.
In essence, you will provide a broad range of functions that with facilitate the placement and development of global, multiple-line coverholder / binder business.
In addition to handling coverholder relationships the successful candidate will also become involved in strategic portfolio solutions and reinsurance.
These roles will incorporate client management responsibilities, market facing activities, some technical support actions as well as liaison with various internal stakeholders.
